Mommalicious and Smilin' Gal Love

These are a few pics of the dressing room in my favorite downtown vintage shop: Mommalicious and Smilin' Gal (two shops in one). I find a lot of cute things there, particularly vintage bags and 1950s party dresses. ; )

The dressing room is my favorite spot. I love the ecclectic look of it and the mixed shades of blue. It inspires me!

In the right corner a large black striped vintage umbrella is prominently displayed. To the side is a hanging rack with faded blue paint.

The dressing room features two black framed mirrors. One propped against the wall, the other hanging on the wall. The paint is chipped, which I love because it gives them character.

The floor is painted a light shade of blue and some of the brown floorboards show through. I love their vintage blue and black rug - so fun!

The shade of the door is a lovely color blue. This dressing room is such an inspiration. I'll have to try to do some blue mixing in the apartment for the fall. I love blues, especially when they're all mixed together.
