Thoughts and memories

I sat in the LAUNDRY room for awhile.
It was WARM and COZY and completely quiet except for the CONSTANT hum of the dryers churning their fabrics into warm, SNUGGLY goodness. It was peaceful. My feet made a gentle pitter patter on the floor as I tread LIGHTLY across it an sat atop a table surrounded by laundry. I sat there reading a Brecht play full of POETIC lyrics but sad in its meaning.

Now I sit in my WARMLY lit room and listen to the music WAFTING across the cool night air and in through the open window.
The words are blurred as if in a dream.
They ECHO off the mountains and into my world. A pink ROSE sits in front of the mirror in the corner.
DELICATE and EXOTIC.
I sip hot chocolate and remember this moment. Soon I will be a GRADUATE and no longer occupy this little bedroom on the third floor. A room that overlooks the MOUNTAINS and is decorated with delicate pinks and greens.
A little place of my own.
