Last night's dinner party with Life Group went really well! I spent yesterday finishing up the house so it looked decorated enough for company. I finally got a chance to put out a lot of our fall decorations from the wedding. The end result was really cozy. I used lots of candles around to make it look extra warm and comfy. And I made my first batch of hot mulled apple cider. It was really tasty. I'm glad I chose the right recipe...I googled it!A friend, Becca, was wearing a really stunning gold chain necklace with green stones last night. I complimented her on it and she told me that her friend, who is a jewelry designer, made it for her.
