Tonight I've been studying the artwork of Alphonse Mucha, a painter of the Art Nouveau style (1890-1905). The Art Nouveau has long held its charm for me. The artwork of the period is just stunning. I love the organic forms and the exotic use of color. It's just perfect!
I found these two paintings online that were in a large enough size to use for printing and framing. They will hang in antique black frames in our living room. The window seat is a peachy color satin that is a similar shade to the dress above. I think it will look nice together. :)
