Thoughts...

Looking through the Williams-Sonoma website at all the delightful cooking tools gives me visions of owning a Bed and Breakfast someday and baking delightful thing to serve to people. It's funny, because you'll very rarely find me in the kitchen. But I think someday it might be a favorite haunt of mine. You won't find me cooking...but rather baking. I think that's something I could enjoy. Looking through the meat sections of the website grosses me out...all the tools that you can get to prepare your meats. Yuck! How to best cut up a harmless animal to eat it. When I eat meat I like to pretend that it's not really meat...just eat it as quickly as possible before I start thinking about it! I'm not sure what I'll do once I have to cook meats...maybe become a vegitarian? :( I still like cheeseburgers though!

But, back to owning a Bed and Breakfast. I think that would be...interesting. It could be really exhausting. I would like decorating the rooms, working with Brides to coordinate weddings...because we would have weddings there in a large old barn (a must for any Bed and Breakfast), and would oversee meals. But I wouldn't want to change sheets, cook all meals, etc other dirty work. I would have to hire outside people to do that! LOL :) Maybe someday. The barn would have a stage, too, so that I could hold historical clothing fashion shows there and small theatricals. :) And maybe local theatrical groups would rent it out? I can dream, can't I?
