Vincent is home for the weekend and I am SO excited! It's good to have him here. This week was sort of frustrating, but he always reminds me of the good in everything. : )
Tomorrow I plan to cut out some more bags to sell on Etsy/the Downtown Block Party. I finished sewing a few more this afternoon. I thought I was all finished with one of the styles until I realized that I had set a few on the other side of my sewing machine. So I still have a couple more to go before I can call them done. And I have a whole line up of cut out bags that need to be started. Some take a lot longer than others. The ones I just finished had zippers - they went in so well, no trouble! What an awesome thing it is to put a zipper in. I always used to dread it because I was afraid that I would get it wrong, but making those "authentic civil war era" victorian pants at Sight and Sound sure helped me with putting in zippers. Heh...they said that the victorian outfits were authentic...not quite! : )
So excited about seeing every grandparent Vince and I have this weekend. Breakfast with his grandmother tomorrow, dinner with his grandma and grandpa, and a picnic with my grandparents on Sunday. We <3 grandparents.
And, I got an inspiring email from my friend, Rosie, today! Thanks, Rosie! I'll get back to you really soon!
