A few things have happened this weekend...
First, I decided that tomorrow I'll visit my wedding dress again. I have a lot of accessories that I'd like to try on with it. Including a fur that I'm hoping to get some use of. ;)
Secondly, I recently purchased a wrought iron dog bed at Goodwill. My dog is not small enough to fit on it - I knew that, and my parents have banned me from allowing the cat to use it. They think it's a piece of junk. But I look at it and see so many possibilities. Probably because I've been re-reading my past issues of Victoria magazine which inspire me to see beauty in the ordinary. It's an antique gold color and has a canopy with a crown on the top. It's really so cute. So, I was thinking, maybe I can use it as a jewelry display...canopy bed. :) I don't know. I have it in my room now with my jewelry on while I think about it. Another thought was to put potted plants in it...or a bunch of silk flowers...just to look pretty. It's just full of possibilities. It was only $10. So, should I keep it?
And, I have been working diligently on saving money for the wedding decorations. I decided to make silk flowers rather than purchasing them. So I raided my silk stash, which is way too large for its own good, and found a lot of amazing burgandy and peachy colored silks that I've been using to make large flowers out of. I'll post pictures of those soon!
