The lovely pattern books I compiled the other night after digging out boxes of my college stuff and finding tons of copies from original pattern books of the early 1900s and up. What a wonderful collection of patternmaking ideas I found. It's like finding several fabulous free books!
I'm very excited about the 1920s fashion book (pictured. It tells how to drape all sorts of 1920s garments. Particularly inspiring after I saw a stunning 1920s dress displayed at the Philadelphia Museum of Art the other weekend. : )
