So, this is the style of one of the dresses that was ordered yesterday. I'm very excited about it! This picture if from the Sense and Sensibility patterns website. I would be using that pattern. I think this little girl is just the cutest thing in her regency dress! Awww! Sometimes I love little children. Sometimes. ;)
This afternoon I worked on organization for my life at Target. I love their RealSimple products for desk organization. Today I purchased a new address book. I am also working on making the RealSimple address book that I purchased new at Goodwill useable. It didn't have any of the blank address pages, so I'm making them. And feeling so smart and creative! I love saving money and being smart.
After Target I attended Lashonda's Chocolate Birthday Extravaganza. It was extravagant and very fun! She had her whole apartment decorated in brown colors...right down to the brown satin tablecloths with gold stripes that she made. They were so beautiful! She had the tables decorated with tons of chocolate foods, most of which she made. Lots of Pampered Chef white square serving dishes that she borrowed...piled high with chocolate and fruit. She even had inspirational chocolate quotes around the room, as well as the music from the movie Chocolat playing. And, the tables had brown glass pebbles and gold beads sprinkled around which lended a magical feel. I was thinking of taking my camera, but didn't, and probably should have!
