My life has been so colorful lately. Full of vibrant and stunningly beautiful color. And I am so thankful! In the past few days I have really and truly experienced life fully, and it has been good. A dear friend taught me the meaning of the word 'good'. When she said it the word has life breathed into it. Good is a deep word, it is full. When things are good they are as they should be and your spirit is at peace. And that's how I feel at this moment.
Once my life was full of black and white, and that was classy and it was fine. But now color and fullness of life have enveloped me. I celebrate the beauty and passion of life. Flowers and their pure and perfect colors and soft petals. I have enough black clothing to wear it weeks on end, but I have no desire to wear black at all anymore unless there is vibrant color popping out somewhere. Because black may be classy, but sometimes it's just plain boring! And beautiful, stunning color can be classy, too. In life, love, and clothing.

I am overflowing with ideas. Papers are scattered all about me filled with thoughts and inspirations, and there never seems to be enough scraps of paper to scribble my new ideas on! I've begun compiling my best ideas and inspirations in a leather bound journal that I can carry with me (if my bag is large enough!). And color is overflowing in my bag as well. Leather agenda book = pink, Leather Calendar = tangerine (Check out Barnes and Noble for the very best in agenda books and calendars!), Leather receipt envelope = bright green (Target - I love their Real Simple collection!), and journal is black leather with blue binding. It makes me feel delightfully happy just thinking about color. And now I'm about to pop in my favorite colorful movie: Marie Antoinette. The director of this is a genious! ;)
