Right now I'm sitting in bed with my UGG boots on! Heh. I'm trying to stetch out the toe area, so I'm wearing them while a little damp. ; )

This weekend was great. I travelled to Lancaster for a German Regiment (Rev War) meeting. I met up with my friend Tori at Calico Corners Outlet to shop for some silks (where I found an end table for $30 and got it for $20 with a coupon!!! Originally a $200 end table!). Afterwards we met up with Rosie and her mom, Bernadette, at Rock Ford for the meeting. It wasn't all we had hoped. But it was still great to see my good friends! It's so great to have friends who are interested in the same things...it's like they can read your mind (something very novel when few people seem to really understand/share my love of historical clothing and reproducing it!).

I like the above room. Isn't the curtain edge just perfect? That shouldn't be too hard to replicate. I like the use of the Burgundy with the light blue painting. So chic. The shiny black stairs are so glamorous, too. :) Love it!
