I love Martha Stewart. She has the best ideas and also the best home dec supplies. Tonight I shopped Target for baskets to store my tableaux costumes and props in but had absolutely no luck. So, back to K-mart I went hoping to find the same wicker and canvas storage bins my mom had purchased there a few years ago. I was in luck! I found a few on sale that were just perfect and stackable! I had to run to two other K-marts before I found enough containers but they were well worth the effort because now my tableaux supplies are all neatly stored in the wicker containers on a shelf and it looks oh so smart. : ) They will also be authentic enough to take to events.
I recently discovered that Martha also has the best Weddings magazine. A girl at work brought in a research binder that she keeps with pictures from magazines stored neatly in plastic sleeves in their proper sections. She had a ton of great wedding and party inspiration ideas from the Martha Stewart Weddings magazine. The other day I happened upon it while out shopping and boy is it a wonderful magazine. It's great even if I'm not planning to get married anytime soon. I'd like to store the photos in plastic sleeves like she did because it's such a smart idea.
