The other day we had a little 'INCIDENT' in our newly married relationship...regarding house guests and a certain weekend known as Valentine's Day! As a result my darling husband paid me off to be 'happy' with the situation.

So, armed with my new FORTUNE, I set off on a hunt for new DECORATING items. I just can't seem to get enough of decorating! I LOVE hunting for unique items at ANTIQUE, VINTAGE, and THRIFT stores. I just love looking at old junk and trying to envision what I could turn it into.

The great part about bringing home new items is pulling other unused items out of my cubby holes and finally getting to use them. A lamp without a stand. A curtain without a window meets a window without a curtain. A kitchen without a style finds one. Ahhh...the pleasure of decorating. :)
