Packing!

I took a little time off from the furniture work this week to take a few rose pictures. I love taking pictures of flowers because I love flowers. It's so fun to capture their beauty to appreciate when they're not in bloom. Their colors and textures inspire me. ;)

We're all packing for the big move to State College. We'll move the couches and most of the furniture up so that Vince can live there with our friend Paul for the two months before we're married. : ) I'm so excited to get everything up there and start decorating.

I'm most stressed about the curtains! I want curtains in every window and the past renters didn't have any. So I may have to use a little creativity to get the curtain rods up there, and all of the curtains still need to be constructed.

This evening I convinced Mom to help me with a huge flower arrangement for the wedding. We were at Michael's the other week and couldn't resist purchasing some of their beautiful burgandy velvet sunflowers....and a few other supplies. So, now I have a gigantic flower arrangment in fall colors in a very large white urn. And, we added the most beautiful ivory peacock feathers that we just happened to have hanging around in our costume area. : ) It's very fun! I took some pictures that I will post soon. ;)
