Life is good. I love my job more and more each day. I know that this is exactly where God wants me at this point in my life, and that's a GOOD thing to know. I feel PEACE. I know that God wants me to have this time as a break - and what a wonderful break. I'm making good money, I have insurance (Yes!), and I enjoy the people I work with because they're smart, kind, and above all, women of FAITH. It's wonderful!

This evening Vince and I went to Eric's baseball game and spent some of the time walking by the stream watching the baby ducklings - so CUTE! I wanted to catch one and bring it home with me, but, alas, none were in despair or need of my rescuing. : ) Tomorrow we plan to have breakfast together and spend the morning checking out garage sales. It should be a fun weekend because Monday is the parade that our civil war group is marching in. I haven't decided what to wear yet. I need to make new dresses soon but I have a few orders from customers that I need to get around to first. Some more regency dresses - I think the first two were a big hit. Also a civil war dress for someone...I think it should turn out really well because I love the fabric that I picked out for it...looks almost exactly like an original that I saw. I'm going to use the Peachtree pattern.
