Spring Semester - Already!

Well, I'm finally feeling back in step with life after SUCH a long time. Last semester was CRAZY with tons of schoolwork and late nights every night. It was HORRID. So many times I just wanted to cry because I was so TIRED! I didn't fall asleep in class though, fortunately, but I did fall asleep in the middle of a couple of assignments and only got through everything with Vince's contant support. Thanks, Sweetie! So now life is almost completely perfect once more...except for my room, that still needs some help! But I'm allowing myself to think creatively again and have so many great projects that I want to get started on. In December I was voted Civilian Coordinator for the Lancaster County Civil War Living History Association, so I'm excited but also trying not to stress over that. My show has just come out of the shop - today! Yay! I designed costumes for my first main stage show: Five Women Wearing the Same Dress. It's a comedy about a wedding in 1995 so lots of 'Pink Lemonade' colored bridesmaid dresses. It dresses on Saturday and opening is next Friday. Still working on my outfit...it's a little bit more tame - and boring? - than most of my opening night outfits and I don't think I'm liking that. ; )

This is me after church...I didn't have many pics of me in modern dress so I thought I'd take one. ; ) Posted by Picasa
